This one will leave you scratching your head thirty seconds into the movie. Who is Mary poppins? A wich, a ghost, a hallucination concocted by the characters? There are ten million families all over the globe that are way more dysfunctional than this one. What makes this particular English family so special that they are deserving of her special services? The whole thing is just plain weird and difficult for a grown man to watch. The children are just non-loveable besides. I give this a PG for the scene in which they all float around a room and laugh like their high on drugs. There are multiple scenes that are rather psychedelic in nature, that would lead one to believe they are using some kind of mind altering substance. Maybe its worth seeing if you're into that kind of thing, but not me.
